For the past 13 years, I have been working primarily as a Director of Photography/Camera Operator.  During that time, I also performed as Director, Producer, Writer, or Editor on several films, commercials, music videos and documentaries.  In each of these roles, I multitasked in an extremely fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and rigid budgets without compromising quality or sacrificing an attention to detail.

 

My education of visual production began at the University of Southern California, where I earned a B.A. at the School of Cinema/Television.  Since graduating USC, I have produced content for networks such as CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, CW, MyNetwork TV, Court TV, TruTV, HGTV, Oxygen, Spike, Style, and MTV Europe.  In addition to my televised work, I collaborated on a wide array of movies that received numerous accolades at film festivals across the world.

 

I am proficient in many photographic formats including (but, not limited to) HD, Red, Varicam, XDCam, HDSLR, Digibeta, Betacam, DVCPro, DVCam, HDV, DV, 24p, P2, 35mm, 16mm and 8mm.

 

I own a full HD camcorder package, lights, camera stabilizer, camera jib, camera car mount, wireless microphones, shotgun microphone, professional DSLR, an edit suite and a modest grip package.  With regard to post-production, I own the Adobe Creative Production Suite and regularly use all of its programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Encore, Media Encoder).  I also have logged many hours with Final Cut Pro and have experience managing media both online and offline.

 

Along with visual storytelling skills, I possess strong organizational, planning and time-management abilities.  I am self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.  I love working in a team environment, but I can thrive just as well as a “one-man band”.  I am determined, personable and reliable.  I wish to further my skills and share my love of the entertainment industry by working for you.
